Finding the Faerie's Voice.

Finding the Faerie's Voice features 20 original elfsong solos (in seasonal suites) and five duos for a woodland wedding. The solos are composed for soprano recorder but can also be played on flute or tenor recorder. The duos are written for soprano and alto recorders.

Rupert’s march so regal, 
Might well appeal to thee,
Or perhaps, in minor strains,
The walk of Willoughby.

Light ye now the candles,
And pause in reverie,
Siren songs echo thy joy,
The madrigals of Morley.

Up the aisle triumphant,
What finer way to go,
Union joyfully proclaimed,
A ronde by Susato

'Fore and aft such splendor
Some gleeful notes shall dance,
Praetorius and Dowland
Bring forth the Renaissance.

Treasure has not vanished,
The music ’s close at hand,
Reappeared to share thy glee,
Spread birdsong through the land.
