Solo Violin Wedding Repertory

Southern California Wedding and Reception Rates

SPECIAL:  Book flutes of fancy for your wedding ceremony and  receive a reduced rate for cocktail hour (or transitional hour when photos are being taken) for only $100 extra, regardless of location! See prices below.

Once we have emailed a contract to you, we will reserve your wedding date as "Pending" for up to 10 days to allow ample time for you to return your contract and deposit. Since we often receive multiple inquiries for a given date and in fairness to others who may wish to book us, we cannot reserve a date beyond 10 days if we have not yet received your contract and deposit.

Wedding Ceremony:  $400
Includes 30 minutes of prelude music before the ceremony, all ceremony music, and an optional 15 minutes of music after the ceremony. 

  Ceremony plus 30 minutes reception: $450

Ceremony plus 1  hour reception:  $500
 

Ceremony plus 1.5  hours reception:  $550 

Ceremony plus 2 hours reception:  $600 

  Wedding Rehearsals. Generally, it is not necessary to have us  attend your wedding rehearsal, as we will arrive at your wedding location one hour before the ceremony to set up and address any final details before the ceremony begins. However, if you still desire us to attend the rehearsal and your wedding is in Fallbrook or immediate surroundings, one of us  would be happy to attend your wedding rehearsal if our schedule allows. Additional rehearsal charge is $50.

NEW In-house Consultations. flutes of fancy has one of the largest collections of wedding music sound samples on the internet, making it easy and convenient to select your processional and recessional music.  We are happy to discuss special requests with you during the planning process either by email or telephone, and in most cases it will not be necessary for you to meet with us in person. 

However, if you wish to have a low-stress consultation at our Fallbrook home either before or after you book us, the fee is $50 for up to one hour consultation time; this fee is non-refundable and payable at the time of consultation. This service is completely optional; most couples find they do not require an in-house consultation. But for those with an particular interest in exploring wedding music possibilities or those who appreciate music but are not familiar with classical and  wedding music repertory, we want to make this option available.  The consultation will be given by either Bert or Dorothy; when available, both may share their considerable musical insight and experience.
